NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jacob Earl Harris, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, wherein he seeks to change his name from Jacob Earl Harris to Jacob Edward Helton, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Alan M. Malott, District Judge, at 11:20 a.m on the 27th day of August, 2014 at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
