To: Any Unknown heirs
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Motion for Order to Determine Heirs has been filed in the above captioned matter to determine the heirs of the Estate of Steven Theis, deceased. Further, notice is hereby given that a hearing regarding said Motion will be held on the 8th of October, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Any and all individuals, or their representatives, who wish to establish entitlement to a share of the Estate are hereby notified that they have the right to respond to said Motion within 30 days and appear at the hearing to present testimony and evidence. Failure to appear at the hearing or otherwise respond to the Motion may and likely will result in an Order determining that any notified individual who has not appeared or responded is not an heir to the Estate and is therefore not entitled to a share of the Estate.
