A hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by Ernie M. McLemore, will be held at 8:45 A.M. on October 28, 2014, before the Honorable Valerie Huling, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103.
