GREETINGS:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there has been filed in the District Court of Lincoln County, State of New Mexico, a certain cause of action wherein Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club, Inc. is the Plaintiff and you are Defendants, the same being Cause No. CV-2012-00268, Division III.
The object and purpose of the said suit is to foreclose the Plaintiff’s lien on the following described real property:
Lot 64, Block 12, ALTO LAKES GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB SUBDIVISION,
Unit 4, Lincoln County, New Mexico, as shown by the plat thereof filed in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Lincoln County on November 12, 1968 in Tube No. 467
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that unless you enter your appearance or file pleadings herein on or before December 15, 2014, the Plaintiff will make application to the Court for a Decree by Default, and Decree by Default will be rendered against you as prayed for in the complaint.
The name of the Plaintiff’s attorney is HAWTHORNE & HAWTHORNE, P.A., Richard A. Hawthorne, and whose address is 1221 Mechem, Suite 1, Ruidoso, New Mexico, 88345.
