TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MILDRED M. MOORE, DECEASED AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MILDRED M. MOORE, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned, Personal Representative of the Estate MILDRED M. MOORE, which petition requests a Complete Settlement of the Estate of MILDRED M. MOORE, Deceased, will be held at the Sandoval County District Courthouse, Bernalillo, New Mexico, on December 23, 2014, at 10:30 a.m.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA, 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
Unless you file an objection to the hearing or matters requested and set forth in the Petition within ten (10) days of the last publication of this Notice, it is requested that the Court enter an Order approving matters requested in the Petition.
