MOTION FOR/TO Full Custody
Jack R. Cutlip, who was the Petitioner in the previous proceeding, appearing pro se, requests the Court to consider the following:
First case was dropped due to Courtney working a deal with me to see my son, Vincent. She disappeared soon after, and did not see them for a year or so. Wednesday, August 7th I received a phone call from CYFD saying they have my son and if I wanted custody. I said yes, so they gave him to me. I now have custody of my son and I am moving forward now for full custody. CYFD gave me custody on the grounds that she is no longer a fit mother due to being homeless, plus major substance abuse. They came out to my home to drop him off and assessed that he will be safe and well taken care of. Also, DNA tests have proven that I am in fact the father. Before they found him, he was with a strange couple who abused him, multiple ways. APD is charging the couple for the abuse. He is now in therapy, but safe and happy.
