TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, Seana Evelyn Morgan will apply to the Honorable JUDGE C. SHANNON BACON, District Judge of the 2nd Judicial District, at the Bernalillo Judicial District Courthouse at Abq, New Mexico, at 2:45 o’clock pm., on the 20 day of April, 2015, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Seana Evelyn Morgan to Seana Evelyn.
