THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EILEEN MARIE PROVODA, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EILEEN MARIE PROVODA, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition filed by the Petitioner or Personal Representative, which Petition provides for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative will be held before Judge Clay Campbell at the District Court of Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 11th day of May, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
At that time the Court will consider Petitioner’s request for complete settlement of estate by personal representative.
Pursuant to §45-1-401, NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks.
