THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon Petitioner’s Motion to Continue and Reschedule Hearing and the Court finding that it has jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter hereto, the Court finding that Petitioner’s Motion is well taken and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the hearing scheduled for April 28, 2015 at 9:00 a.m before Judge Denise Barela-Shepherd, shall be, and hereby is, continued and reset for May 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. for fifteen (15) minutes.
