A Petition for Adoption has been filed in the above captioned and numbered cause in the Second Judicial District Court, Children’s Court Division, 5100 Second Street, NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107. The minor child who is the subject of said Petition is Seth Renick Newsom, born August 8, 2002 in El Paso, Texas to Trevor Rutland Newsom and Toni Lynelle Turley.
If you intend to contest the adoption, you shall respond to the Petition within twenty (20) days from the date of service. FAILURE TO RESPOND SHALL BE TREATED AS A DEFAULT AND YOUR CONSENT TO THE ADOPTION SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED.
