TO: PRESCILIANO E. RENDON, A NAMED DEFENDANT, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
A civil lawsuit has been filed against you for the automobile accident on March 28, 2014, wherein the Plaintiffs were driving their automobile and were travelling westbound on Highway 550 in the State of New Mexico. Plaintiffs’ vehicle was at a complete stop behind traffic for the red light at the intersection of Highway 550 and Jemez Dam Road in Sandoval County in the State of New Mexico when Defendant Rendon suddenly and without warning drove his vehicle into the Plaintiffs’ vehicle causing injury to the Plaintiffs and damage to their vehicle.
You must respond to this lawsuit in writing. You must file your written response with the Second Judicial District Court in and for the County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico. The Second Judicial District Court’s address is 400 Lomas Boulevard NW, P.O. Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103-0488. When you file your response with the Court you must also mail a copy of your response to Kathleen D. Carter, Attorney for the Plaintiffs, Carter & Valle Law Firm, PC, 8012 Pennsylvania Circle NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87110. If you do not respond in writing, the Court may enter Default Judgment against you as requested in the lawsuit.
