NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF KEVIN C. RANDALL, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KEVIN C. RANDALL, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition to Determine Testacy, to Determine Heirship and to Appoint Co-Personal Representatives (“Petition”) filed by the undersigned Petitioners, which Petition requests that the Court determine that Kevin C. Randall died testate, determine Kevin C. Randall’s heirship and that the Court appoint Leah Loraine Soto and Rachel Grace Braden as co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Kevin C. Randall, deceased, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, District Judge, on September 30, 2015, at the hour of 9:45 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2014) notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
