TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF REBECCA L. GUNTER, DECEASED AND ROMAN GUNTER-TENORIO, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATES OF REBECA L. GUNTER, DECEASED OR ROMAN GUNTER-TENORIO, DECEASED, IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Application for Finding of Intestacy, Determination of Heirs and for Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by the Applicant, relating to the Estates of Rebecca L. Gunter and Roman Gunter-Tenorio, will be held at the Bernalillo County, Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87102, on the 2nd day of December, 2015, at 10:45 a.m., before the Honorable Victor S.
