TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SARAH C. GRIEGO, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SARAH C. GRIEGO, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Determination of Heirs and for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate By Co-Personal Representatives filed by Annette M. Verreault (formerly known as Annette M. Griego) and Vanessa L. Lightbourne, Co-Personal Representatives, which petition requests an order determining heirs of the decedent and of complete settlement of the estate by the co-personal representatives, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on February 18, 2016 at 9:45 a.m. for fifteen (15) minutes, before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse.
Pursuant to NMSA §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week for two consecutive weeks.
