NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DONALD L. DAVEY, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD L. DAVEY, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, BRUCE J. PUMA JR., for the Estate of DONALD L. DAVEY, on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate of Donald L. Davey and Donald L. Davey Trust by Special Master and Trustee, filed by the Special Master of the Estate of Donald L. Davey (“Estate”) and as Successor Trustee of the Donald L. Davey Trust. Said petition approves the final accounting, formally probates the Will, determines the heirs and devisees, approves distribution of the Estate, declares the Estate fully settled and discharges the Personal Representative from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 28th day of January, 2016, at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable ALAN MALOTT.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. §45-1 401 (1993 Repl. Pamp.), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
