Please Take Notice that Peacock Myers, P.C., will sell at public auction the following intellectual property owned by Kevin R. Jackson:
A. U.S. Patent Application numbers:
1. 14/340,203, Container with Glow Stick, filed 7-24-14; and
2. 13/958,402, Glow Stick Carrier, filed 8-2-13.
B. U.S. Provisional Patent Application numbers:
1. 61/679,575, Glow Stick, filed 8-3-12;
2. 61/778,316, Glow Stick, filed 3-12-13; and
3. 61/807,625, Glow Stick Carrier, filed 4-2-13.
C. U.S. Trademark Application number:
1. 86/303,018, Shuttle, filed 6-6-14
Peacock Myers, P.C. is a secured creditor holding a security interest in the aforesaid intellectual property. The intellectual property secures the debt to Peacock Myers, P.C. by Kevin R. Jackson, dba Glowing Big as a result of the Default Judgment entered in the Second Judicial District Court for the District of New Mexico numbered D-202-CV-2015-01317 in the amount of $15,612.50 with interest thereon at the rate of 18% per annum from January 31, 2015 until May 13, 2015, and at the rate of 8.75% per annum thereafter; attorney’s fees and costs of $729.27 through March 31, 2015, with interest thereon at the rate of 8.75% per annum from May 13, 2015 until paid; and attorney’s fees and costs incurred after March 31, 2015 in enforcing the Default Judgment. The attorney’s fees and costs incurred after March 31, 2015 total $2,668.82.
The Public Auction will be held in front of the Bernalillo County District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Boulevard NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 at 2:00 P.M. on February 3, 2016.
