AMENDED NOTICE OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OF WILTON & PATRICIA ROGERS
THIS AMENDED NOTICE SUPERCEDES THAT WHICH WAS PRINTED IN THE 2/05/16 EDITION OF THE HEALTH CITY SUN.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Original Medicine Acupuncture & Wellness, LLC (“OMAW”) has enforced its landlord’s lien against Wilton Rogers and Patricia Rogers (“WR & PR”) pursuant to New Mexico law. OMAW provided notice in compliance with §48-3-13(A)(2) NMSA (1978), and WR & PW remain in default in payment of the debt under OMAW’s lien.
The personal property (described hereafter) will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash. Such public auction will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016, at the hour of 4:30 p.m., at the entrance to 1500 Lomas Blvd. NW, Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87104. The amount of indebtedness claimed under OMAW’s lien is $11,180. OMAW reserves its right to bid on and/or purchase property at this sale. The property to be sold is described as follows: ipad; metal file & other cabinets (2 ea.); misc. small equipment; 13 6” Step fitness risers; aerobic pac vinyl dumbbells; 2 pull-up power towers; kettle balls (3 10 lb, 2 ea: 15, 18, 20, 25, 26, 30, 35 lb); adj. bar bells/rack; weight bench; weight lifting bench; 5 battle ropes; 2 TRX straps; 5 rip 60s; dumbbell rack; iron dumbbells (2 ea: 8, 15, 25, 30, 35 lb, 4 ea: 10, 20 lb); 2 small refrig; 15 chairs; stepper machine; desk; 2 lulu lemon mats; heavy bag/stand; 4 boxing gloves; iron weight lifting plates (4 ea: 10, 25, 35 lb); couch set; body bars (5 9lb, 2 12 lb).
