NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR
FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
On March 22, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW Albuquerque, New Mexico, a hearing will be held to determine whether a Personal Representative should be appointed for Paul Louis Kirby. The purpose of this proceeding is to appoint a Personal Representative. If the Court finds that PAUL LOUIS KIRBY is in need of a Personal Representative, the Court at the hearing shall also consider whether BRUCE L. KIRBY should be appointed as Personal Representative of PAUL LOUIS KIRBY. The Court may, in its discretion, appoint some other qualified person as Personal Representative.
The Court may, on its own motion or on request of any interested person, postpone the hearing to another date and time.
