TO: GWENDOLYN HARRIS, TRISHA HARRIS, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DALE PHILLIP HARRIS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DALE PHILLIP HARRIS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition filed by the undersigned petitioner, Tiffany Harris, which Petition provides for appointment of personal representative and determination of heirship is set before the Honorable Victor S. Lopez in Court room #516 at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, on April 18, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.
