ORDER FOR EX PARTE APPOINTMENT OF TEMPORARY KINSHIP GUARDIANS
THIS MATTER having come before this Court and the Court having been informed of the premises, FINDS:
1 .This Court has jurisdiction over the parties, the minor child and the subject matter herein.
2. Petitioner’s Crystal G. Chacon and Angelita Rene Chacon are unaware of the biological parents’ whereabouts.
3. Petitioners have made efforts to locate the biological parents but were unsuccessful.
4. Petitioner’s shall be appointed as temporary kinship guardians of Jadah Marie Garcia, age 20 months, on an ex parte basis pending the resolution of this matter on the merits, for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
A. Petitioner’s Crystal G. Chacon and Angelita Rene Chacon are appointed as temporary kinship guardians of Jadah Marie Garcia, age 20 months, on an ex parte basis for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days.
B. If either party objects to this Order, he/she shall request a hearing. (GJL).
