TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NANCY V. SCOTT, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NANCY V. SCOTT, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Determination of Heirship and for Approval of Proposed Distribution, filed by the personal representative, will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, on the 30th day of August, 2016, at 1:30 PM, before the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
