NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Matthew Paul Sullivan, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillio, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the District Court, Bernalillio County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Matthew Paul Sullivan to Melody Anne Sullivan, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 15th day of Sept. 2016, at the hour of 10:30 am, at the Bernalillio County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
