THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DON W. GILBERT, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DON W. GILBERT, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative filed by the undersigned Petitioner, will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Judge Beatrice J. Brickhouse, 400 Lomas, NW, on November 10, 2016 at 9:15 a.m.
The Petition requests a formal order determining that Decedent left no Will, that Decedent died intestate, that the persons named in the Petition are his heirs, and that Cynthia S. Gilbert be appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication. once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
