THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Petitioner’s Motion to allow service of process herein by publication, the Court having reviewed said Motion, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the matter, FINDS:
That a due diligent search as to the whereabouts of Cesar Gregorio Garcia-Herrera, biological father has been made and the information from which service may be effected is still sufficient.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner shall affect service on biological father, Cesar Gregorio Garcia Herrera, by publication pursuant to the Rues of Civic Procedure.
