TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 40-8-1 through Sec. 40-8-3 NMSA 1978, the Petitioner, Philip Castillo, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Philip Castillo to Philip Rieff, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Judge on January 5, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for 5 minutes at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
