NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARILYN SASSER, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARILYN SASSER, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING, TO WIT:
PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The referenced Petitioner requests a Judicial Order formally probating the Last Will and Testament of Marilyn Sasser; determining the heirs of the Decedent; that the Court appoint Petitioner, Neal Johnson, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Decedent; to serve without bond in an unsupervised administration; and that Letters of Administration be issued to the Petitioner.
A hearing on the Petition filed by the Petitioner will be held before the Honorable Alan Malott, District Court Judge -Division XV, at the Second Judicial District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102, on January 12, 2017, at 9:00 am, with 30 minutes allotted for said hearing. Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three (3) consecutive weeks.
