TO DEFENDANTS: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY TORRES, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF.
You are hereby notified that a suit has been filed against you in the District Court of Bernalillo County by the above-named Plaintiff, in which Plaintiff requests Judgment establishing her claim to and quieting title to the subject real property
against the adverse claims of the Defendants and each of them, and everyone claiming by, through, or under them, and that the Defendants, and each of them, and everyone claiming by, through, or under them, be barred and forever estopped from having or claiming any lien upon, or any right, title or interest in or to the subject real property adverse to the interest of the Plaintiff, and that the title
of the Plaintiff to the subject real property, in fee simple be forever quieted and set at rest.
The subject real property is located at 2202 Hollywood Ave. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104, which legal description is:
Tract 253, Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District Property Survey Map No. 38, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and described by meters and bounds survey description as follows:
A certain tract of land situate within Section 18, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, N.M.P.M., and being more particularly described as Follow:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the tract herein described being the same and identical Northeast corner of Block 3, Traction Park
Addition, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on 31 December 1934; Thence, N.86° 15’ 00” W, 106.04 feet;
Thence N. 02° 02’ 12” E, 70.38 feet to a point on the Southerly line of Hollywood Avenue, N.W.; Thence, along said Southerly line S. 85° 41’ 51” E, 95.16 feet; Thence, leaving said Southerly line S.14° 51’ 52” E, 36.58 feet; Thence, S. 01° 35’ 35” W, 34.80 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.165 acres, more or less. Including all improvements.
You are further notified, that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance or file responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30)
days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, Judgment will be rendered in said cause against you by default and the relief requested will be granted.
