NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LUCILLE L. REED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUCILLE L. REED, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition to Appoint Personal Representative, to Convey Real Estate and for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate filed by the undersigned Petitioner, which Petition provides for the appointment of the Petitioner as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Lucille L. Reed, Deceased (“Estate”), that certain real estate located in Sandoval County, New Mexico that is an asset of the Estate be conveyed and that the Estate be fully settled and the Personal Representative of the Estate be discharged from further claim or demand of any interested person upon conveyance of such real estate, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Courtroom 716, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, before the Honorable Shannon Bacon on March 9, 2017 at the hour of 9:45 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978 §45-1-401 (2016) notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
