“MR. RYAN E. NORTHINGTON – a complaint has been filed against you and Allstate Insurance Company of America by Mark Dominguez and Gina Archuleta. The case is currently pending in the Fourth Judicial District Court, County of San Miguel, State of New Mexico under cause number D-412-CV-2016-00240. The action results from a motor vehicle collision that you were involved in on December 4, 2014. Mr. Dominguez and Ms. Archuleta are seeking recovery of damages that resulted from the collision.
