NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL
AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
To the heirs and devisees of CAROLINE M. OTANI:
1. The Decedent died on March 26, 2017.
2. MARGUERITE ANN (“MAGGIE”) RUSSELL has filed an Application for Informal Probate of Will in the above-named Court requesting that the Last Will of the Decedent dated July 20, 2014, be admitted to informal probate, and that she be appointed Personal Representative. The Decedent’s Last Will and Testament nominates Marguerite Ann (“Maggie”) Russell as the Personal Representative.
3. On April 14, 2017, the Court issued an Order for Informal Probate admitting the Will into informal probate and appointing Marguerite Ann (“Maggie”) Russell Personal Representative to serve without bond.
4. Bond has not been filed.
5. Papers relating to the estate are on file with the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, and are available for your inspection.
