You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located at 2305 N Davis Ave, Roswell, NM 88201, Chaves County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:
Lot EIGHT (8) of DAVIS SUBDIVISION of the West Half of LOT THIRTEEN (13) OF MILITARY HEIGHTS in the City of Roswell, County of Chaves and State of New Mexico, as shown on the Official Plat filed in the Chaves County Clerk’s Office on August 14, 1952 and recorded in Book B of Plat Records, Chaves County, New Mexico, at Page 174.
Unless you file and serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
