You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located at 1901N Louisiana Avenue, Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:
THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 7 IN BLOCK 2 OF SUMMERSGILL SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF ROSWELL, COUNTY OF CHAVES AND STATE OF NEW MEXICO. AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED IN THE CHAVES CLERK’S OFFICE ON AUGUST 30, 1947 AND RECORDED IN BOOK B OF PLAT RECORDS, AT PAGE 84.
Unless you file and serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
