APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
TO: Paul Denas, Christina Auten, Tandy Auten, David Joseph Lee Auten, Shawn Michael Phillips, Kylie Ann Phillips, Stewart C. Butler, J.D,, and Robert P. McNeil, Attorney for Ayudando Guardians, Inc. and all unknown heirs, devisees and all persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the matters being litigated.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Paul Denas has filed with the above-named Court, an Application for Appointment of Personal Representative.
The hearing has been set to consider such Petition on June 14, 2017, at the hour of 10:05 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Beatrice J. Brickhouse, District Court Judge. This Hearing will consider said Petition and if approved the Court will render a judgment appointing William J. Lock, Attorney at Law, as Personal Representative of the Estate.
