NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: RICHARD BLACK, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHARLES RAYMOND BLACK, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES RAYMOND BLACK, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing will be held on the motion filed by Ayudando Guardians, Inc., Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles Raymond Black, Deceased, which motion requests the approval of the following:
The proposed distribution of the estate to the heirs of decedent, the disposal of decedent’s tangible personal property, the allocation of the cost of the sale of decedent’s residence, and the fees and expenses paid from the estate.
Said hearing will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico on June 14, 2017, at 10:15 a.m. before the Hon. Alan M. Malott, with 15 minutes allocated for the hearing.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of the hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
