The case is currently pending in the Second Judicial District Court, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico under cause number D-202-CV-2017- 00583. The action results from a motor vehicle collision that you were involved in on April 15, 2016. Ms. Salas is seeking recovery of damages that resulted from the collision.
