REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS FROM GENERAL CONTRACTORS
The JLG NM North 2017, LLLP (JLG North Portfolio) (Owner) will be accepting Contractors’ Qualification Statements at its Consultant’s office at Community Preservation Partners, 17782 Sky Park Circle, Irvine, California 92614 for the renovation of six (6) Multi-family Rural Development Apartments Projects located in Gallup, Bloomfield and Bernalillo, New Mexico. The Owner will only consider proposals from general contractors that have demonstrated a successful track record of renovating multi-family rental housing developments. A Qualification Statements Packet may be obtained by contacting James Hingston (949-236-8123) or by e-mail request to [email protected] on or after September 22, 2017. Qualification Statements must be submitted by 2:00 PM PST, October 6, 2017. Successful Bidder will be announced on or before October 9, 2017.
