STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the above-named Defendants The Estate of Leslie Jansoon, deceased and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Legatees of Leslie Jansson, deceased,
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located at 606 N Missouri Ave, Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:
Lot Four (4) in Block Eight (8) of West Side Addition, in the City of Roswell, County of Chaves and State of New Mexico, as shown on the Official Plat filed in the Chaves County Clerk’s Office on January 1, 1891 and recorded in Book A of Plat Records, Chaves County, New Mexico, at Page 4, TOGETHER WITH an easement for common driveway between Lots 3 and 4 in Block 8 of West Side Addition, as described in Deed recorded in Book 260, Page 552 of Deed Records, Filed January 7, 1972.
Unless you file and serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint in said cause on or before 30 days after the last publication date, judgment by default will be entered against you.
