TO: UNKNOWN HERIS OF FANNIE L. HUGHES, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM TO HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FANNIE L. HUGHES OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of hearing is given on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will, for Determination of Heirship and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative. Said Petition requests an order which determines the heirs and devisees of the decedent, formally probates the copy of the will, formally appoints Theresa Blair and Karen Dellinger as Co-Personal Representatives and orders that Letters Testamentary be issued to Theresa Blair and Karen Dellinger.
Hearing will be held on December 20, 2017, at 9:00 AM at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing of said Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
