NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Leija Faith Lucero, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name by and through her attorneys, Martinez, Hart, Thompson & Sanchez, P.C. (F. Michael Hart) in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Leija Faith Lucero to Lea Faith Lucero and that this petition and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, District Judge, on the 1st day of March, 2018, at the hour of 11:30 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
