Albuquerque New Mexico 87114 herein gives notice of the pendancy of the above action to quite title to the aforsaid named Defendants, if living and if deceased to their unknown heirs; and all other unknown persons or entities who may claim a lien, intrest or title adverse to the aforesaid Plaintiffs, in the hereinafter described real property:
