TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF THE ESTATE OF ABRAHAM LINCOLN MITCHELL a/k/a ABRAHAM L. MITCHELL AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF THE ESTATE OF ANNA L. MITCHELL
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above entitled court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Deed. ZIA TRUST, INC., TRUSTEE OF THE ABRAHAM LINCOLN MITCHELL MEMORIAL FUND LOAN TRUST (GARY COTTON), is represented by STEFFY LAW FIRM, P.C. (JEANINE R. STEFFY), whose address is 1909 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, (505) 331-3031.
This cause of action involves the real property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The property is more particularly described as follows:
Lots Lettered “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” and “E” of the A.L. MITCHELL SUBDIVISION to the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as shown and designated on this plat of said Subdivision filed in the office of the Probate Clerk and Ex-officio Recorder of Bernalillo County, on the 22nd day of April 1929, excepting however, that portion of Lot E described as follows:
A portion of the Lot lettered “E” of the A.L. MITCHELL SUBDIVISION of a tract of land on the North Seventh Street, South of Marquette Avenue in the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Map of said Subdivision, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on April 22, 1929 which is described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the South Line of said Lot “E” which is 9.3 feet Westerly from the Southeast corner of said lot and running thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot 51.26 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence Northerly along the West line of said lot a distance of 82 feet to the Northwest corner thereof, thence Easterly along the North Line of said lot, a distance of 43.69 feet, thence in a Southerly direction in a straight line to the place of beginning.
You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause within thirty days after the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
