NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Socorro Martinez Ibanez, Resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name as follows:
1. Petitioner was born Socorro Martinez Ibanez in the year 1971.
2. Through this Petition for Change of Name, Petitioner wishes to change her name to the proposed name Maria Socorro Gutierrez.
This Petition will be heard before the Honorable C. SHANNON BACON, District Judge, on the 17TH day of APRIL 2018, at the hour of 9:15 A.M., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
