TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROBERT JACK DAVIS AND ROSA DAVIS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATES OF ROBERT JACK DAVIS AND ROSA DAVIS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the petition filed by the undersigned petitioner, which petition requests an Order for Complete Settlement of Estate by the Personal Representative, will be held at the Second Judicial Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, NM, on June 27, 2018, at 9:30 a.m.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
