NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MARIA GUTIERREZ, a/k/a VIRGINIA A. MONTOYA, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change the name on her Certificate of Birth from MARIA GUTIERREZ to VIRGINIA ANGELINA GUTIERREZ to conform with the name on Petitioner’s Baptismal Certificate and her legal name to VIRGINIA A. MONTOYA, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable DENISE BARELA-SHEPHERD, District Judge, on the 31st day of July, 2018, at the hour of 1:20 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
