GREETINGS, you are hereby notified that Plaintiff, Merari Laruenzana, has filed a civil action against Defendant, Jose Mejia-Velasquez, in the above-entitled court and case, the general object thereof being is to collect money damages from you as a result of an injuries Plaintiff sustained in a motor vehicle collision that occurred on May 23, 2016, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
You are hereby notified that unless you serve a pleading or motion in response to the Complaint in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the last publication date, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
