TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF TERESA RAPHAEL PADILLA MARTINEZ, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF TERESA RAPHAEL PADILLA MARTINEZ, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Order of Complete Settlement of Estate, filed by Gloria Marcotte, the Personal Representative of this Estate, will be held at 9:30 A.M. on October 10, 2018, before the Honorable Denise Barela-Shepherd, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Pursuant to § 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
