THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY A. NORRIS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARY A. NORRIS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, JEANINE R. STEFFY, for the Estate of MARY A. NORRIS, on the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and for Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of MARY A. NORRIS. Said petition includes a copy of the Deceased’s Last Will and Testament. The location of the original of the Will is unknown.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 18th day of September, at 10:30 a.m., before the Honorable Nan G. Nash.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. 1978, §45-1 401 (1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
