ORDER FOR PUBLICATION
THIS CAUSE coming before the Court upon the Motion of the United States of America for an Order requiring Defendants THE UNKNOWN, HEIRS, DEVISEES, OR LEGATEES OF CIPRIANA SANCHEZ, DECEASED; CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, CITIBANK SOUTH DAKOTA, NA; and OCCUPANTS, WHOSE TRUE NAMES ARE UNKNOWN, IF ANY, to appear or plead in the above-entitled and numbered cause within fifteen (15) days after publication of this Order in accordance in the premises, it is therefore ORDERED that the plaintiff shall publish this Order not less than once a week for six consecutive weeks; and it is FURTHERED ORDERED that the above-named defendant enter an appropriate or otherwise plead within fifteen (15) days after publication of this Order in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1655; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that if the above-named defendant fails to appear or plead within the time allowed, the court shall proceed as if the absent defendant had been served with process within the State of New Mexico, but affecting only the property which is the subject of this action.
