IN STATE OF NEW MEXICO to Respondents, John Doe, unknown biological father, and April McNutt, biological mother, of Mariyah Flook. You are hereby notified that Revonda and William Flook, Petitioners, have filed a Petition to Appoint Kinship Guardians of Mariyah Flook, minor child, born on April 6, 2012. A hearing on this matter will be held on November 13, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. before the Honorable Jane Levy, to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for Mariyah. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
