STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the above-named Respondents, GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners have filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of, Genesis Rubi Santana-Calva and Mylene Santana Calva, minor children. Genesis Rubi Santana-Calva born on April 16, 2016, to Monica D. Calva Rodriguez and Cesar I. Santana Herrera, and Mylene Santana Calva born on October 24, 2017 to Monica D. Calva Rodriguez and Cesar I. Santana Herrera.
A hearing on this matter will be held on January 11, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. to determine whether a guardian should be appointed for children. The hearing will take place at the Second Judicial District Court, Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
